77th Annual Louisa Firemen’s Fair / Fireworks / Parade
The Louisa Volunteer Fire Department will hold our 77th Annual Firemen's Fair
The Fair will be located at the Louisa Firemen's Fairground's located off of Fredericksburg Ave in the Town of Louisa behind Navarre's Auto, the former Kip Killmon Ford.
Wednesday, July 3rd through Saturday, July 6th, 2019.
Gates open at 6:00 pm with rides starting at 7:00 pm.

Great Tasting Classic Fair Foods prepared by Louisa VFD Staff and Auxiliary.
Corndogs, Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, BBQ Sandwhich, French Fries, Nachos, Funnel Cakes and ICE CREAM to name a few!

Tickets will be available at the Fairgrounds and prior at local businesses!

*Note* Due to state laws governing fireworks they will be visible from the fairgrounds, launched from a safe place. We urge everyone to come on into the fairgrounds and enjoy them with us!
The Fireman’s Parade will be held on Thursday, July 4th 2018. There is NO FEE to participate in the parade. Parade participants will line up along Ellisville Dr. (Rt. 669) beginning at 6PM. All fire and rescue units please enter West St. at the 22/33 intersection nearest Purcell’s Lumber Company. For In-county units please line up along West street in numerical station order. Out-of-county units shall stage in the area of Thomasson-Watson Funeral Home, all fire and ems units shall pull far to the right side leaving one lane open on West street for traffic until the parade begins. The parade will start prompty at 7pm and will follow W Main St turning left onto Fredericksburg Ave. All parade entrants will be judged in the line of march. The judge’s stand will be in front of the Louisa County Courthouse. No stopping in front of the judge’s stand. Any unit stopping in front of the judge’s stand will be disqualified. There will be no field judging of fire apparatus.
LINEUP STARTS AT 6:00 pm / PARADE STARTS AT 7:00 pm.
LINEUP ORDER WILL BE DETERMINED ON ARRIVAL TIME - NO LINEUP NUMBERS ASSIGNED.
The majority of the parade will be silent; Fire and Rescue Units are requested not to operate their sirens or air horns after crossing the railroad tracks on Ellisville Dr.
