08:50 Saturday morning, Company 1 was toned out for a two vehicle MVA on US Rt. 33 east of Louisa at the Northeast Creek Reservoir. Attack 1,Wagon 1 and Car 1 were on scene at 09:03.  Three injuries were reported with extrication required for one patent.   As Pegasus was unavailable for mechanical reasons and Aircare 2 reporting a 20 to 25 minute ETA, medical command opted for ground transport.  All Company 1 units were back in service by 10:08.  More pictures in "Picture Gallery".
